功效1：養護頭皮

迷迭香精油也可以用來保養頭皮，許多天然草本洗髮精中都有迷迭香精油的成分。

迷迭香精油也可以與洗髮精調和，配方是將『5滴迷迭香精油 + 3滴雪松精油 + 2滴絲柏精油』加入洗髮精中於洗髮時使用，或在洗頭前按摩頭皮5~10分鐘。

功效2：柔潤秀髮

迷迭香精油可以用來護髮，方法是用『2滴迷迭香精油 + 5ml蘋果醋』加水稀釋後浸泡頭髮，對於頭髮毛燥、乾澀者，有滋潤、保濕效果，使頭髮柔順亮麗。

功效3：調理肌膚

迷迭香精油屬於對皮膚溫和的酮類精油，十分適合熟齡肌膚保養，可幫助縮緊鬆弛的肌膚。

配方是馬鞭草酮迷迭香精油2滴 + 10ml的基底油均勻混和，在每日早晚清潔臉部後，用3滴調好的油輕拍臉部及頸部。

功效4：舒緩肌肉

樟腦型迷迭香精油中，有樟腦的成分存在，因此對於舒緩運動後的肌肉痠痛，有很好的效果，因此也是運動員愛用的精油。

使用方法是以4滴迷迭香精油 + 4滴薰衣草精油，與20ml的基礎按摩油混合，按摩運動後痠痛的肌肉。
